Insta Cash Wallet - Terms & Conditions
1.General
1.1. What is Insta Cash Wallet? Insta Cash Wallet is a non-monetary credit issued by Instaastro to a customer's account.
(b) Insta Cash: Credit issued via cashbacks, promotional campaigns, or goodwill gestures. It is usable flat 30% of the order on every prepaid orders value and carries an expiration date of 30 days from issuance.
(c) Upcoming/Pending Cash: A subset of Insta Cash that is locked and becomes usable only after its unlocking date.
1.2. No Cash Value: Insta Cash Wallet is not legal tender, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn to a bank account.
1.3. Non-Transferable: Insta Cash Wallet is linked to the individual customer account to which it was issued and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold.
Issuance of Insta Cash Wallet
Insta Cash Wallet will be issued at the sole discretion of Instaastro in the following situations:
2.4. Promotional & Cashback (Insta Cash): Instaastro Store may issue Insta Cash as part of marketing campaigns or cashback flows. Unless stated otherwise for a specific campaign, cashback Insta Cash is credited to your wallet immediately upon order confirmation at the time of purchase.
2.5. Upcoming/Locked Balances: Certain cashback rewards may be issued as "Upcoming." These funds are locked and cannot be used until they mature into Insta Cash on the specified unlocking date. Once unlocked, they are subject to standard Insta Cash expiry rules.
3. Using Your Insta Cash Wallet (Redemption Logic)
3.1. Usage Limits:
Example: If your Order Value is ₹500 and you have ₹500 in Insta Cash, you can only utilise ₹150 (30%). If your Order Value is ₹2,000 and you have ₹1,000 in Insta Cash, you can utilise ₹600 (30% of ₹2,000).
3.2. Stacking & Priority: When applying Insta Cash Wallet, the system will automatically calculate the maximum usable amount based on the following priority:
Insta Cash Priority: Usable Insta Cash (Flat 30% of the order value) is applied first.
Balance Payment: Any remaining amount exceeding the usable Insta Cash Wallet must be paid using another accepted payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI).
3.3. Deduction Hierarchy (Expiry Stacking): When Insta Cash is utilised, the system deducts credit based on the nearest expiry date first. (Example: If you have ₹100 expiring in 1 day and ₹100 expiring in 5 days, and you use ₹100 for an order, the credit expiring in 1 day will be deducted first).
3.4. Application: Insta Cash Wallet logic is applied to the final cart value. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Insta Cash Wallet may not be combined with specific external discount coupons.
4. Expiration of Insta Cash Wallet
4.2. Insta Cash: Unless specified otherwise during a specific campaign, Insta Cash expires 30 days from the date of issuance (or 30 days from the date of unlocking for "Upcoming" balances).
4.3. Expiration Notifications: We will attempt to notify the customer via email/SMS/App notifications prior to the expiration of Insta Cash. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their account.
4.4. Credit from Cancelled/Refunded Orders: If an order paid for using Insta Cash Wallet is cancelled or returned, the amount will be refunded back to the respective balances with their original or extended validity at Maskyeti's discretion.
5. Cashback Cancellations, Returns & Refund Adjustments
5.1. Cashback Adjustment on Cancellation or Return: If you cancel or return an order for which promotional cashback (Insta Cash) was issued, the cashback amount will be reversed from your wallet. If the cashback has already been partially or fully used on other orders, the used amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Formula: Refund = Order Amount Paid − Cashback Already Used on Other Orders (minimum ₹0, never negative)
Example: You received ₹1,000 cashback from Order A and used ₹600 on Order B. If Order A is cancelled, your refund = ₹1,000 − ₹600 = ₹400.
5.2. Partial Returns: If only some items from the cashback order are returned, the cashback adjustment is proportional to the returned value relative to the total order value.
Example: Order A was ₹2,000 with ₹1,000 cashback. You return items worth ₹1,000 (50% of order). Proportional cashback adjusted = 50% × ₹1,000 = ₹500. This amount will be deducted from your refund or reversed from your wallet.
5.3. Seller/Platform Fault Exemption: If the cancellation or return is caused by the seller (e.g., out of stock, wrong item shipped) or courier (e.g., lost, damaged, failed delivery), no cashback adjustment will apply. You will receive a full refund.
5.4. Customer-Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of an order for which cashback was issued, the refund will be subject to cashback adjustment as per Section 5.1.
5.5. Unused Cashback Reversal: Any unused cashback remaining in your wallet will be automatically reversed upon cancellation or return of the qualifying order.
6. Visibility and Management
The customer can view their current Insta Cash Wallet "Upcoming" balances, transaction history, and specific expiry dates for each credit block in the "My Account" section of the Astrotalk store.
7.Guidelines and Restrictions
7.1. Policy Abuse: Maskyeti reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or restrict Insta Cash Wallet privileges for any customer found to be abusing the return, RTO, or cancellation policies.
7.2. Refunds to Original Payment Method: In specific cases where a refund to the source account is approved instead of Insta Cash Wallet, no Gold or Insta Cash will be issued.
7.3. Disputes: Any disputes regarding balance calculation, usage limits, or expiry must be reported to our Customer Service team for investigation.
8. Modification of Terms
Maskyeti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Insta Cash Wallet program (including percentage caps on Insta Cash usage) or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Insta Cash Wallet program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Any and all disputes arising out of this policy shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both the parties. The Arbitration shall be governed as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue for the said Arbitration shall be New Delhi.
