To maintain the quality and efficiency of our operations, we have updated our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Please read the terms below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change quickly. However, due to our fast processing times, we enforce a strict window for order cancellations:

Timeframe: You can cancel your order only within 1 hour of placing it.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, immediately email our customer service team at store@instaastro.in with your Order ID.

After 1 Hour: Once the 1-hour window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
2. No-Refund & Exchange-Only Policy
Please note that InstaAstro does not offer monetary refunds for delivered items. We only provide product exchanges under the following strict conditions:

Reporting Window: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue to us within 1 hour of delivery. Reports received after this 1-hour delivery window will not be eligible for an exchange.

Condition Inspection: All items sent back for an exchange will undergo a rigorous quality check. The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. If the item shows signs of use, alteration, or user-inflicted damage, the exchange will be rejected.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized products, personalized astrology reports, consultations, and downloadable content are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
3. Shipping Costs & Process

Consumer Responsibility: All shipping costs associated with the exchange process including return shipping and the shipping fees for the replacement item are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

How to Initiate an Exchange: Email store@instaastro.in within 1 hour of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and unboxing photographs/videos showing the defect.

Secure Shipping: Once your exchange request is provisionally approved, please securely package the item and send it via a trackable shipping method. InstaAstro is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
